At one point, early in my video career, my co-workers referred to me as "Maestro". I was known as the one who could do what was necessary to get the job done in an artful and creative way - even when things weren't quite going our way. In 1993 when I was looking to start up this company, the name Maestro Productions kept coming to mind. I then found the definition of the word:

"a masterly performer of an art"
